| Medal of Honor |
 |
The Medal of Honor is awarded by the highest ranking member of the 4th on behalf of the entire clan to a member who has distinguished himself or herself conspicuously by bravery and courage at the risk of his or her life above and beyond the call of duty while engaged in an official league competition. The deeds performed must have been of personal bravery or self-sacrifice so conspicuous as to clearly distinguish the individual above his or her comrades and must have involved risk of life. |

| Distinguished Service Cross |
 |
The Distinguished Service Cross is awarded to a member of the 4th who, while serving in an official league match, distinguishes himself or herself by extraordinary bravery, skill and teamwork not justifying the award of a Medal of Honor. The act or acts of the member must have been so notable and have involved the risk of life so extraordinary as to set the individual apart from his or her comrades. |

| Distinguished Service Medal |
 |
The Distinguished Service Medal is awarded to a member of the 4th who, while serving in an official league competition, distinguishes himself or herself with their dedication, skill and teamwork by missing no more than 2 matches. |

| Silver Star |
 |
The Silver Star is awarded to a member of the 4th who, while serving in an official league match, distinguished himself or herself by showing outstanding bravery, skill and teamwork. The requirements while of lesser degree than that required for the for the award of the Distinguished Service Cross, must nevertheless have been meritorious and accomplished with distinction. |

| Soldier's Medal |

The Soldier's Medal is awarded to a member of the 4th for exceptional performance and teamwork in a official league match where their primary duty did not include direct contact with the enemy. (e.g. Planting the Bomb, Covert Scouting) |

| Bronze Star |
 |
The Bronze Star is awarded to a member of the 4th who, while serving in an official league match, distinguished himself or herself with their skill and teamwork. The required achievement or service while of lesser degree than that required for the for the award of the Silver Star, must nevertheless have been meritorious and accomplished with distinction. |

| Purple Heart |
 |
The Purple Heart is awarded to any member of the 4th who, while serving in an official league match follows a direct order unquestionably and faithfully that is most likely unsurvivable and dies as a result. However, due to his or her sacrifice the team achieves a victory. To be qualified, the commanding officer who gave the order, must acknowledge that their order met the above requirements. |

The Meritorious Service Medal is awarded to members of the 4th who distinguished themselves by outstanding non-combat meritorious achievement or service to the clan (e.g. evaluations, paperwork, server maintenance) |

The Army Achievement Medal is awarded to a enlisted member of the 4th for showing outstanding skill and teamwork in multiple official non-league match that result in victory. |

The Army Achievement Medal is awarded to a enlisted member of the 4th for showing proper skill and teamwork in an official non-league match that results in a victory. |

| Army Good Conduct Medal |
 |
The Army Good Conduct Medal is awarded for exemplary behavior, efficiency and teamwork of an active member of the 4th. It is awarded on a selective basis to each member who distinguishes himself or herself from their fellow members throughout a period of continuous service. Qualifying periods of service will be every 4 months starting from the date a member receives their Service Ribbon. |

| American Defense Medal |
 |
The American Defense Medal is awarded to a member of the 4th who single handedly defends the objective in an official league match from 3 or more enemy combatants for a duration of 2 minutes or more. |

| National Defense Service Medal |
 |
The National Defense Service Medal is awarded to members of the 4th who have served or currently serve in their Country's military. |

The Armed Forces Service Medal is awarded to members of the 4th who have performed the non-combat related duties of their position in an outstanding way. |

| Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal |

The Military Outstanding Volunteer Service medal is awarded to a member of the 4th who performed outstanding volunteer community service of a sustained, direct and consequential nature. To be eligible an individual's service must (1) not be a direct duty of their current position; (2) be significant in nature; and (3) reflects favorably on the 4th. |

The Armed Forces Reserve Medal is awarded to a member of the 4th from the reserves who is present and called upon to participate in an official league match and performs his or her duty to the satisfaction of the highest ranking officer in the match. |

| NCO Professional Development Ribbon |
 |
NCO Professional Development Ribbon is awarded to a member of the 4th who has successfully completed his or her NCO Training (NCOS classes) and has been promoted to CPL or above. |
